Report Page Breaks

I need to set up a report where it will not print data at
the top of a page and leave the data labels at the bottom
of the previous page. Records get cut in the middle and it
looks awkward. Is there a way to do this? In Word it would
be "page break before" or "keep together."

One trick is to use a subreport for the detail records. On the main report,
the section that holds the subreport has a KeepTogether property.

If you don't mind the records breaking, but just don't want the group's data
labels at the bottom of a page, you could put a Page Break control in the
group header section. In the section's Format event, examine the Top
property of the report, and set the Visible property of the Page Break
control if necessary. (Page Break controls do have a Visible property, even
though the Intellisense does not recognise it.)
