I know this issue has been addressed before but I still have not found a
clear cut workaround to the problem. I have created a report in access 2002
when I view the report using the report viewer all the data is present and
formatted as expected. However, once I output the report to a .RTF parts of
the text from the reports text boxes seems to go missing.
I have expanded the width of the text boxes as far as I can that does not
seem to help. I also noticed that the text is only cut off where certain
characters are encountered the characters that create the problems are J, Z,
and K in capitals. The font I'm using is Arial and I have also tried changing
the font size from 10 to 4 this does not seem to help.
If someone has knows of this problem and how to solve it I would be happy to
know about it.
TIA
