I know this issue has been addressed before but I still have not found a
clear cut workaround to the problem. I have created a report in access 2002
when I view the report using the report viewer all the data is present and
formatted as expected. However, once I output the report to a .RTF parts of
the text from the reports text boxes seems to go missing.

I have expanded the width of the text boxes as far as I can that does not
seem to help. I also noticed that the text is only cut off where certain
characters are encountered the characters that create the problems are J, Z,
and K in capitals. The font I'm using is Arial and I have also tried changing
the font size from 10 to 4 this does not seem to help.

If someone has knows of this problem and how to solve it I would be happy to
know about it.

TIA

I know of this problem. In my experience solving it involves NOT using the
RTF format option. It is not reliable and has never been reliable for
anything but simple tabular output. As soon as you have any controls that
"grow" then you will see instances of text being truncated.
