I am developing an application in MS Access and am creating a report in access
Whenever I have a new run the orientation and margins of the report I have set up are cleared to default, and therefore causing the report design being affected, and I always have to redo it
If somebody can help me with keeping the report set up as I want it to be always like that and how to achieve that

Thanks in advance.

Are you running Access 2000 without all three Service Packs? If so, you
should apply them. There is a known issue on this subject that was resolved
in one of the Service Packs.

Yes, I am running without those service packs. Could you, please tell me about them, where can I find them, and what should I do

E:

Go to http://office.microsoft.com/officeupdate/default.aspx

Click the Check for updates button and it will lead you through the process.
You must apply the service packs in succession, i.e. SR1, then SR2 etc.

While you are at it, make sure that you stop by the Windows Update site by
opening Internet Explorer and from the Tools menu choosing Windows
Update......
