Hi, everyone:
I created a report on access 2000; however, when it
printed, it did printed only one record in the table/query
field.(ex. the first name and the last name in the table
that I created.) How do you created/maked a report that
will printed the next data in the same table. (EX. I have
data A, DATA B, DATA C... and so on in my table.)Thank you
for your help!

I'm at a loss to explain what you're seeing. When I create a report, based
on a table with more than one row, the report displays more than one record.

I suppose I could force a report (or a query) to only display a single
record if I used a filter -- any chance the properties of the report show
that you have a filter set on it?

Good luck

True, if I based the report on the table that I created.
May be, I didn't explain very clearly on my report
purposes. I am trying to created a self design report on
access 2000 that it will print out as a customize receipt.
I struggled to get the name change when I enter their ID.
However, I can't get the amount to change with the same ID
that I created in the table which goes with the name ID.
By the way, you said about filtering in the property, by
any chance, where do you check those filter? I went to the
properties of the report and didn't located anything on
the report that had filter on it? Thank for your help!
