I have a report that receives it's print criteria from a
dialog box. On the main report is a subreport. The reports
are linked by two fields (JobNumber & SkidNumber). The
report prints but the subreport does not print any records
that are duplicated. I have checked the record source in
both the main report and the subreport the settings
for "Unique Values" and "Unique records" in both are No. I
have checked the database and I know there are duplicate
records.
I want duplicate records to print for two reasons:
First, I want to delete records that should not be there.
Second, there are times when duplicate records are
correct. Duplicated occur when the quantity made in two
records is the same. In the case I am presently working
with both records have a quantity of 1 and all the other
information is the same. Most of the time the quantity
makes the records unique.
Thanks for your help.
