I have a report of mobile numbers with there monthly costs. Is there any way
of printing this out or export word/excel as individual reports, i.e one
printout for 1 mobile number.

Thank you in advance for any help
Nigel

Nigel,
How many mobile numbers do you have?
Have you considered printing one number "per page" rather than printing
multiple "seperate" reports? (Force a Form feed after each record)
Or... maybe 3 per page on 8.5 x 11 and cut in thirds?

Al,
Yes I have, but there is a requirement to print these off as individual
reports. It would be really useful if they could all be printed in one go,
but as individual reports or word docs. A total report may have about 20
numbers of about 166 pages (with minimum page size settings). One number may
be as little as 2 pages.

Is there any way of doing this at all, as the end user would not find it
helpfull to print off a 166 page report (new number starts new page), or all
20 individually.

Thank You
Nigel

That statement doesn't seem to make sense...

Do you need to occaisionally need to print the reports individually (1
"number" out of 20), and also occaisionally prin them "all in one go?" (all
20 numbers)
If this is true, then create a dialog form where the user can select
Print All*, OR allow the user to provide a unique identifier value to print
just the one associated report

*What if all the reports printed in one go, but... the page count was
reset for each individual [Number] break? Then, you couldn't... from the
printout... tell that the report had been printed in "batch" mode or singly.

Let's try one more time... then, perhaps a new post on your question
would be in order.

Al,
OK, One mass printout/export to word for all 20, I like the page
count/break idea, as I have each mobile number starting a new page at the
moment - hence 166 pages.
Now I have been asked to something like this but to be able to pdf print
(i.e. to a pdfpro printer) each mobile report to give to each department
head.
Can this be done or is this something that would have to be done indivually.
Thank you for help, patience & understanding

Nigel,
I realize your "new paging" after each mobile number, but I want to make
sure that you also reset the page count "Page 3 of 3, back to Page 1 of 1
for each mobile number. You could search the Access Google Groups to get
code to "reset" "page count".

If my scheme works for exporting for Word, I would think doing the same
to a pdf format should also work the same way. There are shareware/freeware
apps on the web that will produce pdf format reports from Access. Google
under "microsoft access" "pdf" "reports"
