Hi,

Im trying to use Excel Report manager to create PDF-files. The problem is
that for each scenario that Im printing Excel/Adobe asks me for a name for
that scenario. Is it possible to change some setting or similar to get
Excel/Adobe to create just one file for all scenarios? Im using Excel 2000
and Adobe Acrobat 5.0 (not the reader).

Best Regards
Fredde

Not unless Adobe Acrobat supports automation of some sort, which I don't
believe it does. Each printout is a separate print job, and each print job
is sent to a separate file which needs its own filename.

What I've done in such cases is use FinePrint:
http://www.fineprint.com/
Among its features is the ability to batch multiple print jobs into one. So
you could print several scenarios to FinePrint, then print the accumulation
from FinePrint to Adobe.

This isn't as easy as you asked, but it might suit your needs.
