I have a report that lists individual locations associated with single data
(such as a region).

Does anyone know how I could get these locations to list horizontally rather
than vertically in order to save significant amounts of space?

Thanks.

Thanks.

Use a multi-column report with "Across, Then Down" as the column type.

Thanks Rick.

Do I access the Across, Then Down option through the Report Wizard?

It's in Page Setup. I think you'll have to change it after the wizard is
completed.

Thanks again Rick.

The restriction that I see is this. I have two headers for the data and then
the locations are in the detail. When I specify two columns, the two headers
are presented side by side and then the locations are listed in two columns
as well.

My ideal goal is to list the headers one after another and then (about) 10
locations from the detail section in multiple rows horizontally.

I don't see a way of doing this.

Any further suggestions are welcome.

Sorry, I don't follow what you're saying. Can you post a representation of
what you have and what you want?
