After I create the report in design view, then go into the actual report
view, it only shows the first records on page 1, if I go to page 2 it is
blank. This is basically going to be an attendance sheet, so I see
attendee's a-m on page 1, but page 2 is blank. Using Office XP. If I choose
to publish it in WORD, all 4 pages print with all attendee;s names. My
report in Access is columner. What did I fail to do ? Thanks

Look at your page setup. It might be too wide for the paper. For example, if
you have a 2" wide left margin, 2" right margin, and a 5" window for data, it
won't fit on an 8.5" page, it will overflow to another (potentially blank)
page. Simply readjusting your margins may fix your problem. Of course, if you
do realy have a wide report, consider using the landscape (wide) display
instead of the portrait (long) display.
