report inserts an empty pages after each page

hi.

i have added a subreport showing some details .... the details depending on
a value in the main report.
all fine apart from now, after each page generated, an empty page shows up
.....

e.g. according to the report's 'page of numpages' the report has 9 pages
...... in real - with the empty pages - it has 18
looks a bit silly :(
does anyone have an idea as to where the fault is ? and maybe how to repair
it ?

Sounds as though you've got a control too far to the right, so that the
total width of the report plus the margins is larger than the width of the
paper. Open the report in Design mode, and click in the ruler at the top as
far to the right as you can. See what gets selected, and try to move it over
(or make it shorter: it's common to have this problem with lines)
