I have created a report for our vendor payments, including name, address and balance. On some records, I am losing the data in the box I set up with city and state. It is not doing this on all records and I can find no rhyme or reason to this. I went back to my query to review the data and there is nothing missing
What could be causing these pieces to disappear. Any suggestions
