Does anybody know of any acceptable freeware report .NET generators for
either VB or C#?

Crystal Reports is not an option because the license agreement doesn't allow
distribution with commercial apps...

Thanks John, but it's too expensive. That's the reason we're looking for a
freeware (or at least very cheap) reporting generator:

We're already using Perpetuumsofts Report Sharp Shooter, which is a great
report generator. But they require a very expensive license for every
developer, and since we're on the verge of doubling our developer force, it
will be much too expensive buying licenses for all.

Besides: In the current application, the reporting needs are acutally very
small, so it doesn't have to be advanced at all, and an end user report
designer is absolutely not required in this case (Report Sharp Shooter has
that too by the way).

I'll have to continue looking...

I recommend you go and check out FastReport.Net.Its a great independent reporting tool.

I strongly recoomend you use FastReport.Net.It is a very powerful reporting tool.
It has all the functions you need.
