I have a report that is based on a crosstab query. This is a cash projection
report that calculates upcoming cash outlays by week. That is how much we owe
next week (week 1) and how much we owe in 2 weeks (week 2) and so on through
Week 9+. My problem is that I don't always have the same columns each time
the query is run. By that I mean, when I ran the report last week there was
no amount calculated for week 9+ which is okay. However, when I try to print
the report I get an error becuase I have defined Week 9+ and there is no data
for that column.
How can I design my report so it only prints the columns for which data is
present?
I hope I'm explaining myself clearly...
