Report Formatting Error in MDE file

I have an MDE application that I distribute. One of my users is getting an
error message along the lines of "The report was previously formatted under
printer HP Laserjet..."

Why does this error occur and how can I correct the problem with an MDE
file? how do I ensure that users do not have these printer format issues?

All reports should be saved with "Default Printer" in Page Setup. You
accidentally saved the report with a specific printer name instead and that
error will occcur for every user that doesn't have the same printer installed.

You can only correct by fixing the MDB and making a new MDE from it.
