Report Format Column Width

The rows of my report contain enough data to overflow onto a second page. If
I select legal size paper, all of the data would fit onto two pages nicely.
However, when I choose my column width (1 column for whole report) in the
page setup menu, I am limited to only 22" instead of the expected 28". How
do I increase the width of my column to a higher number than 22"? Or is
there another way to format the report to get all the data on two sheets?
Thanks!

I'm not sure I follow. If you are printing on two pages, then your column
would be 14" (less margins).

What is it that you are printing? I can't imagine needing to print a 28"
column of data. Can't some of the text wrap?

We need more details on the structure of your report.

The maximun report width in 2000 is 22". This is from
Access help on the subject report width.

Enter a number for the desired height or width in the
current unit of measurement. To use a unit of measurement
different from the setting in the Regional Settings
Properties dialog box in Windows Control Panel, specify the
unit, such as cm or in (for example, 5 cm or 3 in). The
setting for the Width property must be a value from 0 to 22
inches (55.87 cm).
