Report fail under office 2003

I have problems in report under office 2003:One is that I couldn't open reports which works fine under office 2000. Another one is that I couldn't design report by wizard and I got message"Wizard is unable to create your report"
Any solution or help would be appreciated.Thanks

Two things to try:

1.) Download the Microsoft Jet 4 Service Pack 8 from the MS web and install
that on your system.

and select the Jet Database engine as the technology

2.) Try switching your default printer to a printer other than the one you
have set as the default currently.
