Hi

I have produced a report, which displays a form, this
includes a Table Header, once saved I export to a "RTF"
file. When I try to open it in Word, all the borders for
the header and the rest of the table are not there.
Is there a way around this problem since we use other
imformation in Word for the Document, so Word is a
necessity this also applies to graphics we pull out of
Access Report, Export the report out in RTF format and
when opening up in Word the Graphics are not visible!

Any help here would be most appreciated.

Thanks

Nick

When exporting to word all formatting is lost, and
currently there is no wreal way around this in Access.
The best solution since you indicate that Word is an
essential part of this is to create a mailmerge in word,
this would allow you to set the format in word and just
import the necessary data from Access.
Hope this helps. Happy Easter.

Hi Fons

Thank you for the reply, I have been looking into this as
a quick but fairly simple way of extracting the
data+Graphics into Word.
Happy Easter to you

Cheers

Hi Cheryl

Thank you for the reply to my Post.
I have down loaded the "ReportUtilities" program from the
site listed, I have had to convert it to Access 2002, but
unfortunately it does not appear to work correctly, I
have sent a report on the problems to Stephen Leban.

Regards

Nick

And I responded back that if Nick took the time to discover that there
is a specific A2K2 version then there would not be a problem.
