I need to get a group of data fields (street no, street address and suburb)
into a single data field in the report design? Does any one know?
 
In the Query on which your Report is based, define a field something
like this:

Location: [street no] & " " & [street address] & ", " & [suburb]

You could let the [Location] field be the data source for a text box or
similar control on your Report.

Be warned that the fields that you're catenating this way might be too
long, in some records, to fit into the space that you've allocated for
them on the Report.
