Report data doesn't have same formatting in Excel as it did in Pre

I have a report in Access 2000 and am trying to export it to Excel. When I do my headers no longer have a background color and my conditional formatting is lost. Is there a way to preserve the background colors?
 
No.
Use a Snapshot if you want a perfect version.
