Hello,
hopefully an easy question. I have a report with a long
list of records. I would like the list to continue to new
columns on the report rather than starting a new page.
I've gone through the help files... didn't seem to help.
Can I do this?

Thanks,
dan

Use the "columns" tab in the Page Setup. Let us know if you need further
help with the formattiing.

File + Page Setup + Columns.
Set the column properties, then set the Column Layout to Down then
Across,

What if I want to have one header for the whole page (full page width size),
and then 2 columns?

The column setting should only apply to the data, not the headers.

My reports with headers are full sized main reports, and the sub-report
contains caolumns. This lets you format the main report any way you'd like,
but the data is in columns.

Again, I build a report and put all my headers, footer, titles, etc on a
full size report. The data I place in a subreport. The subreport I design
only 4 inches wide and set the column count to 2.

Thanks for the advice, I'll give it a try.
