When i run a report in AccessXP, it runs fine, but when i take it to a
customer's site and run it without changing it(also using AccessXP), the
report overflows each page to two pages. The data on the right side of the
report prints on a second page and the number of pages is doubled.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Tony

Maybe the customer's printer doesn't support the same margins you've set
for the report. Different printers have different capabilities. If
this is the problem, either you have to redesign the report, or they
have to get a different printer. Unless you can control the hardware
environment, it's a good idea to design your reports to use fairly
standard margins, not push the print out to the edges.

Hi Dirk,

Thanks for your help.

I should have said in my post that this is happening in preview mode.
Haven't tried to print yet.
Any other ideas ?

Thanks,
Tony

Even in preview, MSA formats according to the selected printer
parameters.
If your customer's printer cannot print as close to the edge of the
paper as yours, you will get this, even before you send it to paper.
You will also get it if they are using different sized paper.
This is a natural result of WYSIWYG and a very good reason for definig
wide margins.
