Report based on Crosstab with Parameters

I am trying to build a report, rptCodeReview, based on a crosstab query,
qCodeReviewRequestID, with one parameter. I am trying to follow the advice
in KB article 328320, however, when I enter my query as the report's
RecordSource, I get the message "The Microsoft Jet database engine could not
find the object '~sq_rrptCodeReview'. Make sure the object exists and that
you spell its name and the path name correctly." When I dismiss this
message, it is followed by repeated prompts for the parameter until I am
forced to cancel out.

I could use some advice. Thanks.

The 328320 solution is hardly a solution. If you need to create dynamic
columns in a crosstab report, consider the more flexible, less code, faster
alternative at http://www.invisibleinc.com/divFiles.cfm?divDivID=4
