I am trying to respond to a job listing on Craigs List and the email keeps
telling me to identify my carrier - which is AOL. What is this IPOP,
HTTP?........I can't give them an answer as I don't know what they are
asking.....Lorayne Stasney

You need to have an email program configured to send/receive email. And
that program has to be the default for the "mailto" protocol if you are
clicking on an email link.
By default, Vista assigns Windows Mail to be the default "mailto" handler.
I don't know of a way to make AOL webmail the default.

To access AOL using Windows Mail..

these instructions for OE will work for Windows Mail...
