Replying an email message with standard text paragraphs

When we reply to certain customers using Outlook, we normally have standard
text paragraphs that we want to use. I would like to find if there is a way
to create a button or macro that will type out the paragraphs for us
automatically in a reply message.

I am very new to programing Outlook and have been looking around for a
solution.

The easiest way is to create your boilerplate as signatures and then use
Insert, Signature to put the text into your email. I have a few signatures
like that.
