Reply without >

I would like to be able to use the Reply function, and include the text of
the original message, without having >s at the left of each line of the
original. I do not see any prefs or options that allow me to set this choice.
 
Tools > Options > Send > Mail Sending Format > Plain Text Settings >
uncheck "Indent..."
