Reply with attachment

When my boss receives an email with an attachment and he hits reply to all the attachment does not go with the email. What is he doing wrong?
 
Nothing. The person who sent him the file already has the attachment because they sent it.

Nothing -- this is by design. Attachments are not included in replies. He
can either forward the message to keep the attachment, or he can save the
attachment to disk and then reattach it to the reply.
