I have several e-mail accounts in Outlook. I know how to select an account
to send a message with, and know it works with replying and forwarding. Why
can't I tell Outlook to always use the same account that the message was
received under to reply? If someone sends me a message using address A, it
seems logical that when I reply or forward, Outlook should automatically use
that same email address. Instead, it uses the default email address, which
may be good most of the time, but not all the time.
With messages flying in and out all day, I don't always remember to pick the
address to send from. I have over a dozen addresses to manage.
Is there a way to make Outlook do that?
Thanks,
Ernie
