REPLY to MULTIPLE emails all at once

Hi.
I occationally do recruiting at my job and have to send out hundreds of
"thank you for applying" emails.

Is there a way of selecting a large group of emails and replying to all of
them at once?

OR

Is there a way of selecting a group of emails and adding all senders to a
contact list?

AND

Is there a way of setting up an auto response to all emails sent to an
outlook address?

appreciated!!!

No.

No, not built-in, although I've seen references to applications you can buy
that will do this.
Is there a way of setting up an auto response to all emails sent to an
