In regards to my earlier submission about setting up my college email
address with Outlook to intergrate with Windows Mail:
My college is called Shippensburg University

Thank You

Here is a link which I found at the Shippensburg website:
http://www.ship.edu/mail/stu_FAQs.html
Down at the bottom of the page at that link, you may find this:

""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""
How do I forward my email to another account?
You may choose to forward your Shippensburg Outlook e-mail to another e-mail
server. You are responsible for making sure that the e-mail is forwarded and
working properly. You must also ensure that your e-mail account has adequate
space available to accept new messages.

To forward your email, login to the Student Information System
Select Registrar
Select Forward Email
Enter your off-campus email address in the Forward Email To field and click
on Submit Changes

Information Technologies and Services
Help Line (717) - 477-4357
On campus -- call extension 4357
""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""

Looks like your university does not permit POP access to their mail system.
Michael Jennings has already given you the web page that explains how
to forward university mail to another account.
