Daniel Ashley

Hello,

We've got quite an annopying problem here. When using the
reply to all function in Outlook 2000, if the recipients
are outside our mail organisation it includes the sender
in the To: field also. This has only started to happen
since we changed mail organisations and on new PC the
problem doesn't appear at all, so I can only assume that
the problem lies with the clients. I have tried removing
the users Outlook profiles from the local machine and even
removed Office all together but this has not solved the
problem.

Can anyone shed any light on this matter. We are using W2K
Pro.

Thanks.

This often happens when the user has more than one mail account. If you
moved to a new organization, you may still have an old account active in the
profile.

Thanks very much for your reply Sue. I have removed the profiles and removing office completely but this still doesn't solve the problem. DO you have any more suggestions? Again, thanks for the help

Daniel

What problem? The newsgroup interface you are using apparently does not
quote earlier messages in the thread, making your latest message so short on
detail that you risk not getting the answer you're looking for. Please take
the time to quote the original message.

I'm using the communities section of the Microsoft website to post. Sorry that the previous posts were not included

The problem still exists if profiles are removed and re-created. Removing the entire office suite doesn't solve the problem either unfortunately

What kind of email accounts are in the profile?
