Yes, I got this new Pentium 4 Motherboard, everything
built in- on board, and when I hook everything up- the way
it is supposed to go, I checked many times before, but
when I go to boot the system up, it sometimes it beep-
stating it has a low battery when its new, and the
memoryis reading wrong -I have 1 stick of 256 DDR PC 2100
RAM, I go to get into the BIOS, and before I can check
anything it locks-up. It tries to load windows, and then
it brings the blue screen up for a half a second then
immediately restarts the system- Is it because i have no
fan, and heatsink with it or is it the core voltage of the
cpu? Right Now I have no fan or heatsink- just a 2.8 Ghz
processor! Please Help Thanks, Jonathon

In the words of a former employee of the WordPerfect Organization, re-box
and take back the parts that you purchased, and ask for a refund on the
basis that you are too stupid to own a computer.. and the computer store
salesperson that sold you a processor of that calibre without a fan/heatsink
assembly gets no points either..
