Okay I'm not as computer savvy as Melvin and Spinner. At
least I'm trying to learn something instead calling
someone something that they have no idea what your
talking about! Okay genius tell me what you mean by
Troll.I come to this site for friendly help not name
calling!

Quote from the original responses to your message as to
what a Troll is:-

A "troll" is someone who posts wild, stupid, strange, etc
messages hoping to get a response out of someone, in
effect "trolling" for responses which is what falcon was
doing. A <PLONK> means I blocked all future posts from
falcon from being displayed in my news reader, in effect
ignoring anything he posts in the future."

Robert, the majority of the time you would get a good
response to your questions but occasionally you get an
idiot on the NG.

For MS Word questions, it would be easier to place your
questions on the Word NG as they are the gurus there.

Please don't let one bad experience turn you off the NG as
it is a great source of information and most of the time
your questions will be answered (unless no one knows the
answer of course. (just ignore the idiots).

Anonymous: I really appreciate your answer to my question
and for steering me in the right direction! Thanks Robert
