Hi everyone - hopefully someone is able to assist in some
way.
When I receive an email and hit 'reply' button, type my
message and send, I am getting back quite quickly the
following error message....(please note this is an
example and it is not restricted to just this recipient).
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended
recipients.
Subject: FW: Account 40007907-10 2ND request
PLEASE
Sent: 13/06/2003 5:13 PM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
'(e-mail address removed)' on 13/06/2003 5:13 PM
550 not local host genesisenergy.co.nz, not a
gateway
What I am having to do is to copy the message and post it
to a new email and send that to the recipient.
So there is NO problem with their email address when NEW
emails are sent, just when I hit the REPLY button.
Some more snippets of information that you should know..
1. This problem has only started in the last 3 weeks or
so, and before then there was no problem whatsoever.
2. I have Microsoft Outlook - I believe it is a 2002 as
our laptop was bought middle of last year, but how can I
check the version?
3. I have two email addresses - one is
(e-mail address removed) and the other is (e-mail address removed).
Any assistance would be gratefully received. Let me know
if I have to give more info to you
Thanks - David
