Hello,
does anyone knows how to include the little "Reply" and "Forward" flags when
performing an Outlook back up?
Thanks,
AJS

Thanks for your reply.
I copy the *.pst file to an external HDD which is a bootable HDD, so that if
anything on my computer gets corrupted all I have to do is to clone this
drive and everything should be on it.
Therefore I'd like to know how to include the reply and forward flags.
Thanks,
AJS

| They should be included. How are you backing up?

Yes, the reply and forward icons (flags) are missing in the backup,
everything else is included.

| Everything is in the pst - if you open it using file, open are the reply
and
| forward icons missing from messages? If so, what type of email account is
| it?

does anyone knows how to include the little "Reply" and "Forward" flags
when
performing an Outlook back up?

If you're doing the backup correctly, they should be there.

That's what I meant - the reply and forward arrows sometimes disappear for
imap accounts but will be present on mail downloaded using a pop account.

Note that if you leave mail on the server the icons will not be present on
the server copy because this information is not synced back to the server.
