Reply All Email sends message back to me

Is their a way to prevent outlook from including my own address when I do a "Reply to All"
 
No, not unless you delete it or set a rule to delete mail to and from
yourself. Outlook doesn't know who 'you' are when it does a reply to all and
you have more than one account.
