Replies going to two different people

Here is the situation:

Our CEO assistant is sending out calendar invitations, etc on behalf of the
CEO. The problem is, he is also getting the responses/replies.

How do I set it so ONLY she is receiving the replies?

What version of Outlook? In Outlook 2003, select Tools->Options->Delegates
tab. Set the option to only have responses sent to the delegate.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
