Replies aren't grouping with question in Vista WM

A new problem has surfaced today. Normally I expect replies to posts to be
grouped with that post, but now they are being scattered all over the place
as individual posts, what causes that and how do I fix it?

view>current view>select Group by conversation. (Alt,V,V,G)
 
Group Messages by Conversation must have become unchecked.
Check it.

Thanks mac...just discovered that I had that unchecked...solved. Thanks
again.

I've noticed however, that when I flag a message, often the reply, although
grouped with the original, isn't flagged. That has been a bug right from
the start with my Windows Mail at least.
 
Only the original will be flagged.
If a message is watched, replies are also watched.
This is not a bug.

I meant watch, sorry.
I've found if I post a message and mark it as watch. The reply wont be
marked until I do it myself. Subsequent messages will be watched without
my intervention.
