Replication

Hello.

I am trying to understand what replication does in
Access. I am wondering if it has to do with multiple
users. I have about three users and would love for them to
use one database without accessing it from our LAN. Is
that possible with replication? Otherwise, I think they
will all work in the same copy of Access off the LAN.
