I have created a database on my network drive and have
split the DB.

Data is on the Net drive, programing is loaded on user
PC's C:\ drive.

I would like to have the user DB sync now whenever the
user opens the DB. Is there a way to do this on start up?

If you mean that you need a method to copy a virgin (or updated) FE
database to the user's disk, then there are several ways:

Use the login script to copy the FE.mdb from the server to the C:\

Use a script to do the copy and open the FE.mdb; and point the menu or
shortcut to the script rather than the FE.mdb itself

Push the file onto the user's disk when they are not watching --
overnight or during lunchtime, etc.

Send the users emails to remind them to get the updated file when
appropriate

Etc.

Hope that helps
