Replication says success but it's not

I have two servers that both report they are replicating
fine, but they are not. No new objects are propogated. I
have used adminrep to view status and also to force sync.
They say they are in sync, but the new computers or users
do not appear in the other DC.

Hello Clark,

It's possible that the DC's are just replicating the Config and Schema
partitions but not the Domain partition.
(which may be a symptom of lingering objects)

What does repadmin /showreps display?
(repadmin is a support tool)

Thank you,

Justin Turner [MSFT]

When I run repadmin /showreps all three containers show
that the last sync was successful. I thought lingering
objects could be the problem, but every KB article I see
talking about that states that replication errors will
occur. So if I have one lingering nobody is telling me
what it is.
