replication problem

question:

I have a replication issue between my AD domain controller
and child domain controller. Replication from AD DC going
to child is OK but replication from child going to AD DC
failed."the naming context is in the process of being
removed or is not replicated from the specified server."
DNS seems OK because I can FQDN. I'm using Service Pack 4.

I already followed that instruction Tomas but still got
the same error.

By the way here's the message(error) when I start in AD
restore mode:

Getting record count...2511 records
Writing summary into log file dsdit.dmp.0
Records scanned: 2500
Processing records..
Error: Missing subrefs detected.

Error: Inconsistent refcounts detected.
Done.

Ensure there are CNAME and NS records in the _MSDCS zone for every DC in
your forest.
