replication problem

DC and Aditional Dc are getting relicated.
and wen i run net diag it giving dns related error.

Did you specify IP Address 192.168.128.202 as the first IP Address, i.e. on
the General page of the TCP/IP Properties. 192.168.144.202 should be
specified in the Advanced TCP/IP setting page.
