Replication over slow link

I have a problem with one link.I have a remote site and in certain time
users complain that they have very slow connection.I want to monitor traffic
over that link to discover what kind of data is passing through that link in
that time?What is the best tool?Network Monitor?
 
That would do the trick. Try to get the full version from an SMS CD.
How is your AD replication for that site link currently configured? It may
be possible to replicate less frequently or at less busy times.
