replication of users & groups from one domain to another

i want to do replication of users from one domain to
another new domain .

i want to do this using commands not admt.exe tool
can any one help me out.

The movetree utility might be what you are after. It can move users between
domains so long as they are in the same forest.

movetree.exe from support tools will help You with that, read carefull
usage adn implications of this tool

If the domains are part of the same forest, then you can use movetree
command, otherwise ADMT

BTW: ADMT can be run from command line to automate the task of migrating
objects. See
