replication issues upgrading to 2003

Here is the error message I receive:
Internal event: The following schema class has a superclass that is not valid
Class identifier:
259205885
Class name:
msExchPublicMDB
Superclass identifier:
259205882.

This is in my test environment. I have 1 2000 DC and created a 2003 DC. 45
of these types of errors show up in the Directory Service log, however I
received no errors while performing the DCPROMO. After leaving the server
sit for several hours, I have not received any other errors in the event
logs.

I did perform the Forest Prep and domain prep as well as the schema fix for
exchange 2000 while upgrading to 2003.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Did you get these events after you ran the forest and domain preps? How many
DC's do you have in the test env and what OS do they have? Also, have you
ran the repadmin to make sure that replication of the schema partition has
completed to all DC's?

I have 1 test DC in the test environment. I had this server in the
production environment and then pulled it out into the test environment.
Next I built a 2003 server and had it join the domain in the test
environment. I went through all the steps of performing the upgrade
including the forest prep and domain prep along with the exchange fix for the
mangled entries.
Next i ran DCPROMO on the 2003 server. I received no errors popups on the
screen during the dcpromo, however these errors were in the event log.

I have also read that you can get these errors if it tries to replicate out
of order. I have not received these events in the log since the original
replication.

I will look into the repadmin tool, do you have any other suggestions?
