Replication errors AFTER adding a GC

I have two domain controllers that run a small network. I noticed that
only one of the domain controllers was a gc SO I made the second one a
gc. When I did that, I get the following error once a day:

Event ID 13508
The File Replication Service is having trouble enabling replication
from ADS02 to ADS01 for c:\windows\sysvol\domain using the DNS name
ads02.domain.com. FRS will keep retrying.
Following are some of the reasons you would see this warning.

[1] FRS can not correctly resolve the DNS name ads02.domain.com from
this computer.
[2] FRS is not running on ads02.domain.com
[3] The topology information in the Active Directory for this replica
has not yet replicated to all the Domain Controllers.

I saw a few other postings with some ideas but they didn't help my
issue. I checked to make sure the sysvol was being shared and it was.
I know it is probably just something small that I missed..Where is the
best place to look first??

Thanks

Also, when I use FRSDiag, I get the following errors:
Found 34 ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED error(s)! Latest ones (up to 3) listed
above
Found 3 EPT_S_NOT_REGISTERED error(s)! Latest ones (up to 3) listed
above

......... failed with 37 error entries
Final Result = failed with 37 error(s)

Any ideas??? Thanks.

look at the event viewer (DS log and FRS log)
what are the event IDs and source?

also run:
DCDIAG /D /C /V
NETDIAG /DEBUG /V

what errors are shown?
