If you're talking about replicating files, you can use DFS and FRS. FRS is
able to replicate across different domains so long as they are in the same
forest. You will have to set up domain-based DFS and enable replication
using the DFS MMC snap-in. Note that it's a little tricky setting up
replication across domains. In particular, the user who enables replication
(running DFS GUI) must have:

· Local admin rights on all members

· Full control, including child objects, on the computer objects
for each member (the computer object will be spread across the domains)

· Full control on the File Replication Service container under the
system container in one of the domains. The settings in the File
Replication Service container can go in any of the domains, but the trick is
to know which domain will be used by the tool being used to create the
replica set. When the DFS MMC snap-in is used to create a DFS based Replica
set the domain used for the File Replication Service is the same domain that
hosts the domain based DFS root.

Please post FRS related questions to microsoft.public.windows.server.dfs_frs
and prefix the subject line with "FRS:" to make it easier to spot. Note
that FRS is used to replicate SYSVOL on domain controllers and DFS root and
link targets.

For additional FRS resources, please visit http://www.microsoft.com/frs.
