Replication between domain servers ?

I just added another domain server. Both are 2000 Advanced
server spk4. After adding the 2nd server, I am getting a
file replication error. Event ID 13508 on the new server.

On the new server it is suggesting that maybe the first
server(old server) is not configured to replicate with its
newest member of the domain.

When I look in active directory users and computers on
both machines, I see both servers listed in the Domain
Controllers Oraganizational unit.

Question:
Do I need to configure the first domain controller to
replicate and if so, how do I do this?
Do I need to configure the second domain computer(the new
One) and if so how and where within windows 2000?
