It's not that the DNS servers are AD Integrated, but rather the zones only.
And yes, if AD replication is hampered, then the zones will not be available
on all DCs that DNS is installed on with the zone created as AD Integrated.
What replication probs are you having? If you can give us more specifics and
maybe info such as:
1. Unedited ipconfig /all from your DCs
2. The AD DNS Domain name
3. What service pack the DCs are on
4. Event ID errors (the Event ID #s)
That would better help in diagnosing this issue for you.
