Replicate NTDS via command line or other automated way

Instead of going in the AD Sites and Services snap in and
manually
replicating each NTDS connection, is there another way to
automate this?

You can use repadmin.exe
repadmin /sync
repadmin /syncall

The usages are a bit more complex, but they work.
